Many guitarists are spending hundreds and even thousands of dollars on some real nice sounding guitars and then playing them with cheapo plastic picks! Why? I think that it is because they simply don't know about the Lignum Pick or the Vera Pick.

Many of the "cheap" plastic picks out there will give a 'click' on the strings known as "pick click". My Lignum Picks and Vera Picks will not make an audible "click" on the strings. Picks that are made out of lignum vitae and vera wood will give a bright and mellow tone and will glide over the strings with an almost effortless motion. Unlike plastic picks, my Lignum Pick and Vera Pick tends to 'stick' to your fingers due to the waxy oils found in the cell structure of the wood.

There are lignum vitae picks on the internet listed from between $13.00 to $20.00 and that might sound like a lot of money to spend on a guitar pick... But I don't think that it is...

Why?

Because you get what you pay for. That's why. But don't be fooled. My Lignum Pick and the other guy's higher priced lignum vitae picks ARE THE EXACT SAME FORM AND MATERIAL. There is no difference.

I personally manufacture these Lignum Picks and Vera Picks in my shop located in Oklahoma City and I only use real lignum vitae (Guaiacum Officinal, or Guaiacum Sanctum) for the Lignum Picks and real vera wood(Buleria sarmiento) in the construction of the Vera Picks.
