All shipments will go out via U.S. Mail inside a large padded envelope usually on the next business day.  The shipping is around $1.00 for most shipments.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.

Any refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the origonal purchase.

Wood is not the same as plastic. However, under normal use these picks will last a good while. Any defective picks must be returned with the origonal  packaging showing the date of cancelation.
